These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Evans Performance LTD’s coaching programs, platforms, content, and services. By purchasing or using any part of our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
Evans Performance LTD offers premium online health coaching for executive men, focused on high-performance outcomes, longevity, and sustainable systems. Services include:
Personalized strength, conditioning, and aerobic training
Nutrition planning, tracking, and feedback
Optional bloodwork analysis and optimization protocols
Recovery, stress, and sleep guidance
Supplement education and protocols
Direct messaging and accountability coaching
Access to coaching platforms: Everfit (training), Cronometer (nutrition), and Skool (education)
Programs are offered in durations of 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months, with continuation options available.
2. Purchase Currency
All services are priced and billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Submit required onboarding documents and weekly check-ins
Participate in coaching sessions and respond to communications in a timely manner
Disclose relevant health, travel, or scheduling information that may affect service delivery
4. Payment and Billing
All programs must be paid in full or according to an approved payment plan
Continuation plans (monthly, quarterly, semiannual) bill automatically until canceled
Clients must maintain an active, valid payment method
Missed payments exceeding 10 days without communication may result in service suspension
5. Fulfillment and Access
Access to coaching platforms is provided within 24–48 business hours of purchase
Program kickoff begins within 2 business days of completing onboarding steps
All coaching services are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided once services begin. This includes:
Client withdrawal, lack of participation, or scheduling conflicts
Monthly continuation plans once billed
Bloodwork fees once submitted to the lab
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (New Clients Only):
If you fully participate for the first 30 days (including weekly check-ins and adherence) and do not feel supported as promised, you may request a full refund of your first month’s fee by emailing support@jaredevansfitness.com.
7. Return Policy
As our services are delivered digitally, there are no physical products to return. Clients are not eligible to return purchased services once they have accessed coaching platforms or begun program participation.
8. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their continuation billing at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice
Notice may be submitted via email, SMS, or direct message
No refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle once payment has been processed
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period
9. Pause Policy
Clients may pause their program once per calendar year for up to 4 consecutive weeks
Platform access and coaching services will be temporarily suspended during the pause
Additional pauses may be granted for emergencies or extended travel
10. Bloodwork Add-On Policy
Bloodwork add-ons are handled via a third-party lab partner
Once ordered, bloodwork is non-refundable under any circumstance
Clients should confirm commitment to the program before selecting this option
11. Legal Restrictions
Evans Performance LTD does not offer services to individuals under 18 years of age. Coaching is available only to residents of jurisdictions where such services are legally permitted. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that participation in coaching programs complies with local laws.

13. Accepted Payment Methods
Evans Performance LTD accepts major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.
We currently accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
14. Payment Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We use PCI-compliant platforms and SSL encryption (HTTPS) across all payment pages to protect your data. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All transactions are processed by Stripe, a globally trusted payment provider.
15. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, documentation, and resources provided by Evans Performance LTD are proprietary. Clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute program materials without written consent.
16. Disclaimers
Coaching services do not constitute medical treatment or diagnosis
Evans Performance LTD is not a licensed medical provider
Clients are responsible for consulting a licensed physician before beginning any program
Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk
17. Media and Testimonial Use
Client progress photos, messages, and feedback may be used for marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing. Personal identifiers will be removed upon request.
18. Limitation of Liability
Evans Performance LTD is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from program participation. Clients assume full responsibility for their actions related to training, nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.
19. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
20. Agreement
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Evans Performance LTD services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
